Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service and do not pay for a listing. Before checkout you must confirm, by ticking a box, that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Refund Policy.

These terms work alongside the plain-English How it works page. Where that page and these terms conflict, these terms control.

bidmaxxing.fun is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a product or website and to occupy a position on the board based on the amount paid. Listings are paid advertisements — not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, independent rankings, or any statement by us about a listed product.

Positions are ordered by amount paid, highest first, and every position displays its price before you pay. You choose a position, pay the displayed price, and the listing is published immediately.

This is not an auction. There is no bidding round, no closing date, no reserve, no deposit, and no funds are held pending an outcome. Each purchase is a fixed-price, immediately fulfilled sale of an advertising placement. It is not a lottery, a game of chance, a competition with prizes, or an investment, and nothing sold here has resale or redemption value.

A payment buys placement on the board at the position that amount supports at the moment the payment is confirmed. It does not buy:

• traffic, clicks, impressions, customers, or revenue;
• exclusive placement, or the absence of competitors;
• a fixed duration at a specific position — someone else can pay more and rank above you at any time;
• search-engine ranking or any SEO benefit;
• any endorsement, review, or verification by us;
• any particular commercial result.

When someone pays more for a position above yours, you move down. You are not charged again, your listing stays live, and no refund is due — movement is the normal operation of the product, not a fault. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including categories, sponsor slots and pricing formulas.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law, including trade sanctions and export-control rules.

Prices are shown in USD and displayed in full before payment. To take a given position you pay the amount currently held at that position plus the minimum increment (currently $1). The exact amount is recalculated at checkout, so the figure you are charged is always the figure shown. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider on our behalf. That provider may act as merchant of record for the sale, in which case it handles billing and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Checkout is hosted by the provider and we never receive or store your full card details.

Completing checkout is an offer to buy placement on these terms. The position is assigned when payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that amount then supports. You are charged once per purchase — nothing on this site renews automatically.

Payments are final and non-refundable once the listing is live, because the service is delivered immediately on payment. The full policy, including the specific cases where we do refund in full, is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without a legally valid basis is a breach of these terms. We may remove the listing and decline to serve you in future, and we will supply purchase and delivery records to the card network.

Sponsor slots are a separate one-time purchase. A slot runs for 30 days from activation and then expires on its own. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Slot prices rise as slots are sold; the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

By submitting a URL, listing details, or a payment, you represent and warrant that:

• you own or are authorised to represent the destination you list, and to send visitors to it;
• the listing and the destination comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, intellectual-property and regulated-industry rules;
• you are not impersonating another person, brand or company, and are not listing a competitor's site without authorisation;
• the destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or a site whose main purpose is to deceive visitors;
• the information you submit is accurate, and you will keep it accurate for as long as the listing is live.

You may not list or link to:

• illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity;
• malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, or anything that harms a visitor's device or data;
• fraudulent, misleading or scam offerings, including fabricated financial returns and impersonation of another business;
• sexual, pornographic or adult content; hateful content; harassment; or content targeting a private individual;
• chat, invite or messaging-group links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar), and link shorteners or redirects that conceal the real destination;
• counterfeit goods, unauthorised streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trademark or other rights;
• offers requiring a licence you do not hold, including certain financial, medical, gambling, pharmaceutical and weapons-related offerings;
• anything prohibited by our payment provider's acceptable use policy.

You are solely responsible for what you submit and for the site you link to, including keeping it lawful and functional after publication.

You may not:

• manipulate click or view counts, whether by automation, incentivised clicking, or otherwise;
• bypass rate limits, or create listings or checkouts by automated means without our written permission;
• scrape the board beyond ordinary browsing, or use it to build a competing ranking product;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except as mandatory law allows.

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorise, hide or permanently remove any listing, with or without notice — including where we believe these terms or the law may have been breached, where a rights holder or payment provider complains, or where a listing creates legal, security or reputational risk.

A listing removed for breaching sections 9, 10 or 11, for linking to a site that becomes unsafe or unavailable, or in response to a valid legal request, is not refunded. If we remove a listing for a reason that is not your fault, section 3 of the Refund Policy applies.

You keep ownership of your name, logo, description and trademarks. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (for sizing, formatting and ranking display) and publicly display the listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate, promote and archive the Service — including in listing rows, social share images and screenshots.

To have a listing taken down, email hello@bidmaxxing.fun. A takedown does not undo a completed payment.

To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations: names, page titles, descriptions, logos, favicons and Open Graph images. We use that material only to identify the listed product, to show visitors where a paid listing leads, and to operate and moderate the Service.

That display is intended as nominative use of trademarks and fair use of copyrighted material: we use only what is needed to identify the destination, we do not use it as our own brand, and we do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder unless the person listing is that rights holder.

bidmaxxing, our wordmark and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you. Third-party names remain their owners' property.

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, or that a listed site is unlawful, email hello@bidmaxxing.fun with:

• your name and contact details;
• the listing on bidmaxxing.fun that concerns you;
• the destination URL;
• a description of the problem;
• a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We may remove or restrict the listing while we review, and may share the notice with the person who listed it. Repeat or abusive notices may be disregarded.

Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a product. We do not verify that listed companies, claims, prices or results are true. Any dealing you have with a listed business is entirely between you and them.

Click and visitor counts describe what our systems recorded. They are not a promise that you will get a similar outcome. Your results depend on your position, your destination, timing, and factors outside our control. Links to listed sites leave bidmaxxing.fun; those destinations have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be unavailable, slow or incorrect, and we may modify or discontinue any part of it.

We may change these terms. Material changes take effect when posted here with a new date. For a payment already completed, the terms in effect at checkout continue to apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that listings, names, images, positions or click counts are accurate or complete.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Subject to that:

• we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, for substitute services, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
• our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your destination site, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights. We may assume the defence of any such claim, and you will cooperate with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, or protects you in a way that cannot be displaced.

• If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the invalid part is replaced by the closest valid term.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
• These terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement between us.
• Payments, hosting and analytics involve third parties. Their outages or decisions are outside our control.
